To provide efficient drainage of excess subsoil water from planter boxes on the top deck and perimeter rim and landscaped centre courtyard of the terminal building and on the intensive green roof of the adjoining car park.

VersiCell interlocked modules were positioned over Evalon thermoplastic waterproofing membrane in open landscaped areas and on the inner walls of planter boxes. The modules were covered with geotextile, planting media and turf and plant species installed. The large green roof area substantially reduces radiant heat resulting in a cooler building and provides an aesthetically pleasing environment for functions held on the landscaped car park rooftop as well as on the landscaped green areas of the terminal building.
