We are really proud to see that Green roofs are making it into many residential projects and this project in inner city Melbourne is no exception.
In this example, an opportunity arose for the owners to construct a workshop and bungalow in their back yard, which became an extension of the current green infrastructure which included an underground water tank and extensive solar panels. Project video on vimeo.com
Coolth Inc were engaged by the client to assist with the 70m2 green roof on top of the new workshop and bungalow which integrated with the solar panels, further reducing roof heat and increasing solar panel efficiency as well.
