In this residential application, VersiPave was used as a paver support for pre-fabricated timber tiles over an existing tin roof. With the use of VersiPave, the water will drain easily to the roof below.
Also through the use of VersiPave, in the future, the timber pavers can be easily removed, minimising inconvenience to the home owners when the inspection and repairs to the roof are necessary.
In other applications, because VersiPave is porous, it effectively enables rainwater to infiltrate through to the substrate beneath it. VersiPave also eliminates the need for joint sealants and/or grouting.
